CHNC challenge 28: spots and dots.

My card for this challenge was inspired by Carol CMDesigns from the christmas club club.
On on of her cards she used a free Digi image which came from inger harding when I left her a comment on her post how lovely the image was and how I had downloaded it she said she was looking forward to seeing what I came up with, so Carol here it is.
I am entering this card into the CHNC challenge 28: spots and dots.

    Yes Kerry the glitter does make all the difference...the red and blue look great....and i do like the way you have done the sentiment over the ribbon....looking forward to seeing you Sunday....hugs Margaret xxxx
